The first time you book on this new system you will need to register as a new user. You will be sent a confirmation email and can then continue with your booking.

Group bookings
You can now book group places online using our updated booking system, you can also book a number of places and add the names and contact details for each delegate at a later date.
Group bookings discounts
Group booking discounts of up to 20 per cent are available for full members of the NHS Confederation. The discount applies to conference places only (not dinners or social and networking activities).

To qualify for the group booking discount, delegates must be board members of an NHS Confederation member organisation. Delegates must book all together, as a group, at the same time.
Once group booking is made the names of the delegates can be amended but the number of delegates attached to the group booking can not.
How to book your sessions
Already booked for the conference?
If you have already secured your conference place you can now log back into your booking and add your session details.
To return to your booking, simply click the Book now button and log in to the existing user area, using your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgotten password link to receive a reminder.
Not yet booked for the conference?
If you have not yet booked your conference place, you can choose your sessions and additional activities, such as networking dinners, at the same time.
To book your place, simply click the Book now button and log in to the new user area and register your details.
